Justin Marinoff is a third generation contractor, a lineage that began with his grandfather who founded Marin Restoration in 1967, to his father, who he worked closely within the family founded business. It was at Marin Restoration, where Justin learned the importance of his clients’ needs, quality of craftsmanship and the building and restoration business on a higher level. A hands-on contractor, Justin enjoyed and took pride in each renovation project, adding creativity, style, and custom qualities.

Mercer Built was formed in 2013 as Justin grew more interested and knowledgeable in design and development, . Diving into larger more detailed projects, Justin was now building 6500 square foot homes with functionality, innovative style, and distinctive architecture.
