This beautiful modern home had an outdated 1970’s sunroom that did not flow with the rest of the cutting edge interiors. The homeowners worked closely with Mercer Built to create a special space for their family. The plan was to create an indoor-outdoor experience, prime for all four seasons. Extreme attention to detail and expertise was applied to the Marvin panel system doors. The units disappear into the walls to emphasize the outdoors converging indoors. Millwork was custom fabricated and installed to look seamless, sleek and clean. For a true four-season experience, an independent HVAC system was installed. This project is a prime example that a room can be transformed, created, built and renovated in the luxurious surroundings of your own private space.
