Roses Grove started as a 1970’s ranch house on a one-acre elevated property. Mercer Built designed and replaced it with a beautiful 6,000 square foot white cedar shingled home with a sprawling, flush and inviting backyard. Although the home was built on spec, Mercer Built treated this property with extreme detail, custom millwork and unique finishes that gives Roses Grove a custom built feel.

The results were obvious, selling within 45 days of listing, the client felt at home immediately. Details were meticulously thought out.
